Return & Refund Policy

Our products are digital goods (ebooks, workbooks, audio, and online services). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please read our policy below.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, we will happily assist in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive access to the product you paid for.
• The file is corrupted or the wrong item was delivered and we cannot fix it.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at syedwaqaryt14@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Coaching & Membership Services

For coaching or membership services, refunds are available for unused portions if cancelled before the service period begins. Once a session has started, that portion is non-refundable.
